Description:

Public Health and Clinical Nutrition: One of the most interdisciplinary and internationally oriented units at the UEF. More than 100 researchers, teachers, and other professionals work at Institute. The mission is simple: health promotion.
The scope or our research extends from molecular biology to environment, from genes to culture, from individual to society. The Institute conducts pharmaceutical and nutritional trials for outside customers. Most studies are published in highly ranked international journals.
International degree programs (Master of Public Health etc.) and shorter training modules in English language are offered. The Institute also actively participates in several international networks and development programs. Domestic programs in which we teach include medicine (both MD and postgraduate specialty training), clinical nutrition, and some other health sciences.
