The Research Centre

The Centre for Research on CHLC, EPE was created in October 2009. It has as its main mission is to promote quality research, sustained and organized way, the four hospital centers within it.

Supports all professionals CHLC, EPE involved in health research, including doctors, nurses, psychologists, pharmacists and technicians diagnosis and therapy.

The headquarters of the Research Centre is situated in the hub of Hospital Dona Estefania, there is another pole of the nucleus in the Hospital de Santa Marta.

1. Activity

The Research Centre provides support to projects developed within the clinic and linked to academic post-graduate professionals CHLC, EPE, in the following activity areas:

Study design, data management, statistical and epidemiological analysis and support in publishing results
Search support and formalization of funding applications

The Centre for Research on CHLC, EPE also has as its mission:

Provide advice to the Board of Directors of CHLC, EPE on scientific-technical adequacy of the studies
Register to research carried out CHLC, EPE, allowing their (internal and external) periodic assessment, participating in national and European records of scientific and technological potential, especially IPCTN.
